All parcels are shipped via Evri Home Delivery unless requested otherwise. If you’d prefer delivery by Royal Mail, please let us know using the “Order notes” section of the checkout page.
Free shipping is currently available for all UK orders.
Standard Delivery parcels are aimed to be delivered within 2-4 working days after order processing, but can occasionally take longer. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
All international parcels have set flat rate options depending on the region and weight of the parcel. Your price will be shown to you on the cart and checkout pages.
If a flat rate option is not shown to you during checkout, we might not be offering shipping to your country at the moment. Feel free to reach out through the Contact Form and let us know we should organise shipping to your country!
Currently, we don’t offer shipping to any EU countries.

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery where possible.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.
Some products, such as crochet patterns, are sold as Digital Downloads. The download link to access the PDFs will be sent to you once the order has processed. These links are valid for 30 days, after which they will expire. Please make sure you save the PDF to your device as soon as possible to ensure you don’t accidentally lose access to your purchase.
If you do happen to lose access to your Digital Download, please contact us with your order number and proof of purchase so we can resend the PDF in a timely manner.

Madefully offers returns and exchanges for physical items within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition. If the item is returned in a condition different from how it was received, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. The buyer is also responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns and cannot issue refunds for them.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, your refund may take some time to appear on your statement. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed by us.
Due to the nature of Digital Downloads, all sales of these products are final. As digital products cannot be returned to Madefully, all sales of digital items are non-refundable.
