All parcels are shipped via Evri Home Delivery. The price of sending your parcel depends on the size and weight of the product and will be shown to you at the checkout, where you can choose your preferred shipping method.
Free shipping is available for orders over £50.
Standard Delivery parcels are aimed to be delivered in 2-4 working days, but can at times take longer. Next Day Delivery parcels must be ordered before 11am the day before for them to arrive the next working day. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Please note that Madefully is a small business run by one person, which means I might not be able to drop your Next Day Delivery parcels off on the day the order is placed. If you need a parcel by the next working day, please contact me first through the Contact form.
All international parcels have set flat rate options depending on the region and weight of the parcel. Your price will be shown to you on the cart and checkout pages.
Please note that delivery times may be longer and customs charges may apply.
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery where possible.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.
Some products, such as crochet patterns, are sold as Digital Downloads. The download link to access the PDFs will be sent to you once the order has processed. These links are valid for 30 days, after which they will expire. Please make sure you save the PDF to your device as soon as possible to ensure you don’t accidentally lose access to your purchase.
If you do happen to lose access to your Digital Download, please contact us with your order number and proof of purchase so we can resend the PDF in a timely manner.

As Madefully is a small business run by one person, I am unable to offer returns unless the item is faulty or damaged. When ordering, please refer to measurements included in product listings to ensure good fit of garments and accessories. If the sizing turns out to be incorrect, I might be able to offer an exchange as long as the item is returned to me in the same condition it arrived in.
Due to the nature of Digital Downloads, all sales of these products are final. As digital products cannot be returned to Madefully, all sales are also non-refundable
